  1. Embedded Software Engineer Intern · Rockwell Automation

    May 2026 – August 2026

    Chelmsford, MA

    • Developed enhancements to an internal firmware debugging utility for MagneMotion industrial motor systems, expanding symbol mapping capabilities and improving developer diagnostics
    • Implemented 32-bit address support within the embedded datastream framework, enabling compatibility with larger firmware memory spaces
    • Investigated and resolved low-level firmware issues, including memory corruption defects, through root-cause analysis and debugging
  2. Embedded Software Engineer Intern · Rockwell Automation

    May 2025 – August 2025

    Eden Prairie, MN

    • Collaborated with a team of engineers to develop and refine firmware for industrial motor controllers
    • Integrated a debugging and logging utility to capture function calls and interrupt activity in virtual address space tasks
    • Diagnosed and corrected boot process defects that had previously caused controller failures in the field
    • Implemented a network communication optimization increasing data transfer speed by 10x

    • Co-founded a consumer robotics company providing low-cost, high-performance robotic arms for students, hobbyists, and researchers
    • Designed and built the motion control system for two prototype 5-DOF arms, integrating encoders, motors, drivers, and MCU for closed-loop control

Adaptive Robotic Arm

August – December 2025

Multi-joint robotic arm capable of precise, programmable movement. Embedded control software drives stepper motors through microcontroller interfaces, with inverse kinematics for accurate end-effector positioning and motor current feedback for responsive position holding.
